EV Charger Installation

Genesis Electric FL plans and installs EV charging circuits and equipment for South Florida homes and commercial properties. The charger location, manufacturer requirements, parking arrangement and existing electrical system all influence the installation. We review those details before defining the work.

Choose the right scope before choosing the installation date

If you already have a charger, provide its model, electrical requirements and installation instructions. If you are still choosing equipment, share the intended parking location and how the vehicle will be charged. We can discuss the electrical requirements and whether a site assessment is needed to finalize the installation scope.

What the assessment covers

• Charger specifications and installation location
• Electrical capacity and circuit requirements
• Wiring routes between the panel and charging location
• Mounting, access and equipment suitability for the environment
• Permit and inspection requirements for the actual scope

A clear scope before work begins

We discuss your property, the equipment involved and any access or scheduling requirements. The estimate should identify the electrical work being included and the coordination needed with other trades, the property manager or utility. If additional conditions are found, scope changes are discussed with you.

Common questions

Can you install a charger I purchased?

We can review client-supplied chargers. Share the model and manufacturer documentation so compatibility, electrical requirements and installation conditions can be assessed before work is agreed.

Can a charger be installed at a condominium or business?

The installation may require owner, association, landlord or management approval and access to common electrical areas. Provide those requirements along with the charger location and proposed equipment.
